Offering advice on value, strategy, structuring and capital.

Key Pacific is the successor organization to Pacific Road Corporate Finance.  It was first established in 1986 in Sydney, Australia as an independent specialist advisory house offering advice on value, strategy, structuring and capital.

In the years since its establishment, the firm has acted on a significant number of major transactions in Australia for both government and major corporations.  Two of the largest include the A$5.3 billion privatization of the South Australia electricity assets, and SPAusNet’s proposed $8 billion acquisition of Alinta assets from Singapore Power.

In 2006 Pacific Road Group established Pacific Road Capital Management which is a private equity fund raising funds in the Resources sector.

In 2014, Pacific Road Corporate Finance was bought out from the Pacific Road Group by its senior management, and re-named Key Pacific Advisory Partners.  Key Pacific are now in offices at Level 10, 46 Market Street, Sydney.
